This  28 year-old patient had concerns regarding small breasts. After discussing her options, a bilateral submuscular augmentation with round silicone implants was planned.  An inframammary incision was recommended.  The patient chose  415 cc Soft Touch silicone implants. At the time of surgery she was is 5’1″, weighing 119 lbs
